Description

Clean Power On the Hill gives ACP members the opportunity visit Washington, D.C. to share their lived experiences in personal meetings with Members of Congress and their staff. Clean Power on the Hill attendees will participate in advocacy training on April 9 and then put that training to work to educate legislators and their staff on the clean power industry’s top policy initiatives at the federal level.

During this two-day event you’ll have the opportunity to:

Participate in an expert-led advocacy training where you’ll learn the most effective techniques for conducting meetings on the Hill and fostering lasting relationships with your elected officials and their staff.
Put training into practice during in-person meetings with your elected officials and their staff.
Understand how federal policies affect the future of U.S. clean power development.
Network with your colleagues in the industry and congressional staff at a reception on Capitol Hill and become empowered to make this event the springboard for your continued advocacy efforts.
