The Equipment Operator is responsible for utilizing snow equipment to remove winter precipitation from clients’ sites, under the direction of the Site Manager. They are expected to do so in an efficient and safe manner.

Job Duties:
· Respond in a timely manner when called or texted to assist in winter operations
· Operate assigned equipment during winter events to clear snow and ice
· Ensure that areas under responsibility are adequately and safely cleared
· Communicate completion of duties to site manager
· Understand and commit to providing services that meet and/or exceed standards
· Inspect equipment on regular basis and perform routine equipment maintenance tasks such as checking fluids, fueling, greasing, etc.
· Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations of the site
· Report all incidents, accidents or malfunctioning equipment immediately
· Clean out all trash and refuel machine after each use
· Assist Site Manager in other tasks as needed
Requirements
· Valid Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire Drivers License
· Valid Massachusetts Hoisting license as applicable
· Knowledge and understanding of snow plowing & removal operations.
· Available on a 24/7 basis
· Technical aptitude toward equipment used
