Our Solar Power Champions:
- Actively listening to customer's questions and concerns and tailoring product recommendations and promotions to satisfy their needs
- Exhibit sound knowledge of clients, products, and services
- Network with the solar support and management team to heighten solar expertise and training
- Present and sell company products and services to new customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Educate customers on the positive effects of solar energy, including energy cost savings, reduction in carbon emissions, and worthwhile investment to increase home value
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in customer support, solar sales, or retail
