POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Shipping Manager to oversee and manage our shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. The Warehouse Shipping Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing warehouse staff, and implementing safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
This is an in-person position. Please only apply if you will be able to work in-office at our American Fork, UT Headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of shipping operations
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule shipments and deliveries
- Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping of orders
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve warehouse efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on shipping
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
