Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Assigns work to department personnel to attain department objectives using knowledge of production processes, company policies, production schedules, work orders and employee’s capabilities.
· Establishes and controls timelines to meet project schedules.
· Experience in welding machine setup, Mig, Tig and arch welders.
· Experience in welding different materials such as Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel.
· Experience in the Fabrication of Stainless-Steel weldments, Platforms, Guards and equipment frames.
· Is involved in building and moving equipment into place in a food Processing environment.
· Align equipment using hoist, jacks, and hand tools.
· Assembles and installs equipment.
· Hands on experience with construction equipment and Machinery.
· Position is responsible for adherence to all company policies and procedures.
· Position is a working Supervisor position.
· Position reports to the Engineering Manager.
