Who We Are: The Grounds Guys maintains, enhances, and creates the best-looking lawns and landscapes in communities across North America. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance duties on our fleet of vehicles.
- Perform routine small engine maintenance on our equipment (lawn mowers, weed wackers, edgers, dingos, snow blowers, etc.)
- Test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts
- Adjust components according to specifications
- Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts
- Reassemble and reinstall components and engines following repairs
- Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used
Job Requirements:
- Work with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
Nice to Have:
- Valid Driver's License with clean record.
- Five years experience in this or a related field
- Experience with diesel air compressors is a plus
- High school diploma/GED (or current student status)
