**This is a remote position, however, the candidate should be based in the Eastern Time Zone.



Position Summary:


The Marketing Manager, Web and Analytics will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation, and assist in refining the overall digital journey for CIBT and Newland Chase with both B2B and B2C audiences. You will manage day-to-day marketing web and reporting activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks, while demonstrating a high-level of customer and personal service.


The ideal candidate is eager to collaborate with our marketing team, identifying solutions and approaches to complex problems. They should possess strong communication, critical thinking and time management skills. As a Web and Analytics Manager, you will:



  • Own day to day marketing updates and maintenance of all CIBT, Newland Chase and new websites for CIBT and its companies.

  • Through data, analytics and testing, identify website improvements and optimizations to drive improved revenue opportunities and enhancements

  • Work with product teams to A/B test alternative design concepts to drive overall web conversions

  • Work with marketing team partners on Organic Search strategies, digital demand strategies and revenue optimizations

  • Work with marketing operations to identify website platforms and supportive technologies to improve site performance, meeting compliance standards

  • Collaborate with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s).

  • Collaborate with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company’s digital presence.

  • Lead and develop reporting dashboards for all marketing efforts.

  • Support KPI tracking and ensure regular reporting to leadership

  • Coordinate with finance, marketing, operations and other marketing team members and agency partners to track marketing and revenue attribution

  • Support Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation on analysis and reporting of digital media campaigns, email performance, nurture campaigns, organic performance, events ROI.

  • Support attribution analysis.

  • Other duties as assigned


 


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree, marketing concentration preferred.

  • Must have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience and 3+ years’ experience in web development and analytics.

  • Experience in various CMS platforms (wordpress, etc)

  • Experience in Google Analytics, QM, dashboard reporting, etc.

  • Strong understanding of full marketing tech stack including Pardot, Marketing Cloud and similar marketing automation systems.

  • Knowledge of CRMs (i.e. Salesforce)

  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize work accordingly; self-starter with desire to show ownership and commitment to role.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build reports/dashboards. Experience with PowerBI, Looker or other dashboard reporting systems.

  • Process strong cross-departmental communication skills and deadline coordination.

  • High aptitude for learning new skills and the willingness to tackle new challenges.

  • Able to demonstrate a positive and flexible attitude to work, particularly new initiatives.


 


Working Conditions and Location:




  • This is a remote position, however, the candidate should be based in the Eastern Time Zone. 



  • Travel 10-20%
