City Experiences is seeking a Marketing Intern for our Business operations in New York, NY.

Marketing Interns will serve as an essential part of the marketing team by being an important point of contact in the execution of strategic marketing and social media initiatives. Interns are expected to work safely and to be dynamic in a fast-paced environment. In addition to operational responsibilities, all Interns in the company are expected to participate in learning opportunities, including company-led webinars and completing e-learning leadership development courses. Interns will support the company’s mission of creating amazing experiences for our guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Work closely with marketing teams to manage project execution process including timelines, job requests, and fleet presentations.

  • Support Public Relations, Marketing, and Social Media initiatives.

  • Assist with special projects as assigned, including but not limited to website updates, calendar planning, and special reports

  • Help with marketing research, compilation of research sets, and the collection of quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Review guest reviews/verbatims and identify key themes/trends to optimize marketing messages and improve the overall guest experience.

  • Audit existing partnership programs and research new opportunities.

  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to manage tasks in a timely manner.

  • Additional job duties assigned


Requirements & Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field with strong academic performance.

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to work in a team and build effective relationships.
