You are a hunter. We’re looking for hungry and motivated salespeople, responsible for engaging with potential customers through networking, marketing tactics, territory management and customer relationship strategies. This position requires a lot of phone work, in-person meetings, presentations, and customer service. You will lock arms with an Account Manager and Recruitment team dedicated to you, where they will be responsible for helping grow your portfolio of customers, allowing you to have success and financial independence.

Qualifications 

1-10+ years of Business Development/Sales experience within the staffing & recruiting industry, ideally within the Manufacturing & Engineering sector 
Excellent communication skills (both orally and written), including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities within an organization 
Self-Motivated and self-accountable, with high degree of customer service capabilities  
High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
