Reports To: Operations Manager Seasonal Services
JOB SUMMARY: The Enhancement Crew Member OR Landscape Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for various seasonal maintenance projects based on the seasonality of the industry.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions:
- Conduct seasonal maintenance projects including spring and fall cleanup, personal gardening, commercial care, exterior maintenance, seasonal color and containers
- Primarily, perform personal gardening and exterior maintenance, including weeding, watering, pruning, planting, transplanting or relocating
- Follow safety and technical standards
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Work flexible hours in all weather conditions to accommodate the seasonality of the industry

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Iowa driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain one
- Must be professional in appearance and actions
- Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task
- If no prior experience, the willingness and self motivation to learn
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 50 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and complete daily paperwork
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
