Job Purpose and Impact

 


The IT Administrator will make independent decision regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of complex IT projects. In this role, you will coordinate, execute, monitor and document assigned IT projects and issues. This individual will support their local assigned facility and other facilities within the business unit. 


Key Accountabilities

 



  • Apply detailed knowledge of department operations and IT infrastructure, policies, and procedures to perform moderately complex IT related processes.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, monitor ticket queues and track IT related issues.

  • Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data to perform moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.

  • Plans, coordinates and confirms logistics for more complex IT related projects.

  • Provide assistance and training to site employees and team members.

  • Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications



  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Associated degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
