We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this role plays a critical part in maintaining seamless operations with effective communication across all levels of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Executive Support and Strategic Advising: Provide top-tier administrative support to the President/CEO, offering strategic insights and recommendations to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strategic Planning and Prioritization: Collaborate closely with the President/CEO to develop strategic plans and prioritize tasks, ensuring alignment with overarching company objectives.

  • Strategic Decision Support: Offer critical support to the President/CEO in making strategic decisions by conducting thorough research and presenting actionable insights.

  • Deadline Management: Spearhead efforts to stay ahead of expected deadlines by closely monitoring project timelines and implementing proactive measures.

  • Strategic Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication directed to the President/CEO, ensuring timely responses.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments and teams to achieve organizational goals in a timely manner.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop robust monitoring mechanisms to track progress against key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Strategic Initiative Implementation: Play a key role in driving the implementation of strategic initiatives outlined by the President/CEO.

  • Financial Administration: Support the President/CEO in financial matters, including budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the President/CEO and company professionally.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to enhance administrative processes and workflows.

  • Risk Management and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, developing strategies to minimize disruptions.

  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Serve as a leader within the administrative team, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on achieving company goals.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • High level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Offer of employment contingent upon passing a state/federal background check and pre-employment drug test.


The salary will range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually and will be determined based on experience. Please note that this is not a remote position.
