The Design Intern will support the Design team on the design and development of 10% design packages utilizing Excel and AutoCAD for Solar or BESS projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Collaborate with fellow designers to develop 10% design on schedule.
- Review and interpret project design documents from the client(s) to establish design criteria.
- Solicit feedback from the design team on what their struggles are and aid in the development of tools to address them.
- Interpret technical drawings and product information data sheets.
- Assist in developing processes to increase efficiency of the design team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Currently pursuing a 4-Year Engineering Degree.
BENEFITS AND PAY:
- $24 - $33 hourly, dependent on experience, qualifications, and competencies.
