Titan Solar Power is currently seeking an experienced and driven Master Electrician to Join our team.
Summary:
The EC is responsible for oversight of quality and compliance relating to PV installs throughout the state of Missouri. This individual will be the Qualifying Party for this license. This includes duties related to permits, supervision of photovoltaic installations, premises wiring upgrades and final inspections.
Responsibilities:
Apply for permits in person within applicable jurisdictions across the state
Receive approved permits in person within applicable jurisdictions across the state
Conduct on-site visits ensuring quality installation and associated wiring
Host final inspections on certain properties
Liaise with the Office of Statewide Electrical Contractors and Titan Solar Power MO, Inc
Experience & Qualifications:
Currently hold electrical contractor or master electrical occupational license issued by the State of Missouri that is current and not subject to discipline as of the date of application (OR)
Currently hold a Master Electrician license from a Missouri political subdivision for six (6) of the previous eight (8) calendar years that requires passing a standardized written electrical assessment examination as an electrical contractor or master electrician based upon the National Electrical Code and that license is current, and is not subject to discipline as of the date of application (OR)
Have a journeyman certificate from a United States Department of Labor-approved electrical apprenticeship program and have ten thousand (10,000) verifiable practical hours installing equipment and associated wiring
Be able to pass a comprehensive background check
Possess a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
Alternate sitting or standing at will
Crouching or bending
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to travel in state up to 70% of the time (company vehicle will be provided)
Ability to drive long distances
