OGE Energy Corp. Names Danny P. Harris Sr. Vice President of Unregulated Business

OGE Energy Corp.
(NYSE: OGE) recently announced the appointment of Danny Harris as Senior Vice
President of Unregulated Business. Harris also serves as Chief Operating
Officer of Enogex, Inc., OGE Energy's unregulated subsidiary engaged in
natural gas gathering, processing, transportation and storage and energy
marketing.
Harris,
who joined Enogex in 1996, earned dual degrees in civil engineering
and agriculture from New Mexico State University and a master's
of
business administration from Oklahoma City University.
A native of New Mexico, Harris, his wife, Sheri, and their sons Blake and
Eric, reside in Edmond.

Energy Corp. is the parent company of Oklahoma Gas and Electric
Company (OG&E), and Enogex Inc. OGE Energy and its subsidiaries
have about 3,000 employees.
Responding to customer interest in alternative fuel, OG&E now offers Wind Power
and geothermal systems as an energy option. OG&E’s Wind Power program is one of the largest in
the country with 50 megawatts of power. That’s enough electricity to power about
15,000 homes. |
