COLEXON Energy AG: Changes in Management Board Team

Today, the Supervisory Board of COLEXON Energy AG (ISIN: DE0005250708) has appointed Mr. Volker Hars, aged 45, with immediate effect as a further member of the Management Board of the company. Volker Hars will mainly be responsible for the segments strategy and plant operation (IPP).
In mutual understanding with the Supervisory Board Tom Larsen, who previously has been responsible for the IPP-segment of COLEXON Energy AG and its subsidiary Renewagy A/S, has resigned from his Management Board position with immediate effect in order to concentrate on his responsibilities as CEO of Renewagy A/S.
Since December 2009 Volker Hars has been managing the project “Change COLEXON 2012” at COLEXON Energy AG. He has many years of executive management experience in internationally operating companies such as Interseroh SE, Cleanaway Deutschland AG & Co. KG, Cadbury Schweppes plc, and Lynas Cooperation Ltd.
