Members of the Supervisory Board of aleo solar AG resign from Office

Today at noon the members of the Supervisory Board, Dipl. Ing. Marius Eriksen, Dipl. Kfm. Claus von Loeper, Dipl. Volkswirt Jörg Friedrich Bätjer, Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Jürgen Parisi, Dr. Stefan Reineck and Dipl. Betriebswirt Gerold Heinen, have notified the Management Board of aleo solar AG, that they resign as members of the Supervisory Board with immediate effect.
