Christoph Löhrke Now Head of Investor Relations at Conergy
Hamburg, Germany December 3, 2007

Christoph Löhrke (39) will be heading Investor Relations at the TecDax-listed company Conergy AG with immediate effect. The qualified economist was employed in the same position at HUGO BOSS AG since 2002. Löhrke will be assuming responsibility for communication with the capital markets and the support of Conergy AG’s shareholders and in future will report directly to CFO Dr. Jörg Spiekerkötter. He will be supported by Bettina von Franqué, who switched to Conergy AG in Hamburg from the IR division of Volkswagen AG in London, and Christoph Marx. For the past seven years, Marx has worked in the Conergy Group’s corporate communications and until August 2006 was responsible for the capital market communication of the subsidiary Epuron.

Thorsten Vespermann (41), Head of Corporate Communications at Conergy AG since 2001, will in future focus on PR and the expansion of the Group’s global communication which is currently active in 26 countries around the world.
