This position covers a range of HR functions including recruiting, compensation, benefits, and events planning. Responsibilities include:
1. Recruiting: As the HR business partner, you will team with the hiring manager to source, screen applications and resumes, interview, select, and hire the best candidates.
2. Managing benefits orientations for all new employees.
3. Administrating benefit programs and assisting with benefit filings (i.e. 5500, discrimination testing, census information, etc.)
4. HR Information System reporting & system management.
5. Events planning (Ski day, New employee gatherings, Holiday party, Summer picnic, Celebration committee).
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
1. Associates Degree or higher
2. At least one year of recruiting experience
3. At least one year of benefits administration experience
4. Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
5. Excellent interpersonal skills
6. Solid PC skills
7. Familiarity with Internet recruiting methods
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree or higher
2. 3+ years of recruiting for technical and professional positions
3. 3+ years of benefits administration and/or HRIS administration
4. Proficient in Behavioral Interviewing techniques
5. Proficient with MS Outlook
