Description: The Solar Company is looking for self-motivated, experienced design consultants who can talk with residential prospects on the phone, meet with them to evaluate their needs, follow up with an objective and comprehensive sales proposal and close the job, preferably on the first call. We provide prequalified leads along with our training university and professionally designed sales tools. Please contact us at HR@TheSolarCo.com Requirements Job Requirements: • B.S. or B.A. preferred • Good sales management and demonstrated sales experience • Customer tracking and project management experience • Expertise in using MS Office tools especially Outlook and Excel (2007 preferred) • An understanding of building construction techniques, roofing, electrical, HVAC and/or Photovoltaic systems is a plus • Experience with ladder safety • No fear of heights!
