Solar Integrated Appoints Nomura Code and Provides Notification of Interim Results

Solar Integrated Technologies, Inc. (AIM:SIT.LN), a leading provider of building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) roofing systems, is pleased to announce the appointment, with immediate effect, of Nomura Code Securities Limited (“Nomura Code”) as Nominated Adviser and Joint-Broker to the Company. Nomura Code will act as Joint-Broker alongside Mirabaud Securities Limited.

The Company will be publishing its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 June 2008 on Tuesday, 23 September 2008.
